Due to thickening in the container after long-term storage, we need to recall specific batches of Extra Heavy Gel Gloss, Fluid Acrylic Teal, and 14 Heavy Body colors.
If you have products that are NOT among the batches listed below, they are unaffected by this recall. If you have already used products included in this recall, there is no risk to your artwork. The issue is unused product becoming too thick.
Listed below are the specific products and batches being recalled, and details about how to receive replacement(s). The photos near the bottom of this page show the sort of product thickening we’ve seen.
Please do not dispose of the unusable product until you receive your replacement. We may need additional information or photos in order to process your replacement request.

Heavy Body Acrylic Colors in all sizes of the colors listed below, as well as colors in a small selection of sets. The affected batch codes/range are after each color:
To replace Heavy Body Colors use this form. Colors will be replaced at no charge when they become available. To replace more than three colors, please call our Customer Service Team Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm ET.
